Expectations

• Grades - Grades are given by week according to the percentages below.
  • 33% Daily
    • This includes class participation and behavior for the week.
    • 95% = very good, 85% = good, 75% = fair, 65% = poor, 55% = failing.
  • 33% Homework
    • Homework is usually 3 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
    • 100% = high quality & complete, 90% = complete, 80% = minor part missing, 70% = partially incomplete, 60% = major part missing, 0% = missing.
  • 33% Tests
    • A quiz is usually given once per week on Thursday.
    • Quizzes are graded according to the appropriate curve.
     
• Responsibilities - You are responsible, on your own, for the following.
  • Bring paper & writing implement to class.
  • Proficiency in Word Processing.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • The ability to perform Numerical Estimation.
  • The ability to express yourself in Written Form.
    
     
• Fridays - You will be permitted to either go to a Club or to stay for in-room-Workshops under the following conditions.
  • Your Homeworks & Quiz for the week are all complete.
